Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using RankPulse ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

RankPulse is a SaaS analytics platform that integrates with Amazon Seller Central via the Amazon Selling Partner API (SP-API) to provide sellers with keyword tracking, sales analytics, advertising performance metrics, and listing optimization recommendations.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must be authorized to connect the Amazon Seller Central accounts you link to RankPulse
• One organization may have multiple users with appropriate role-based access

4. Amazon Account Authorization

By connecting your Amazon Seller Central account, you authorize RankPulse to access your seller data through the SP-API for the purpose of providing analytics and reporting services. You may revoke this authorization at any time through the RankPulse Accounts page or through Amazon Seller Central's "Manage Your Apps" section.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to violate any Amazon policies or terms of service
• Attempt to access data belonging to other users or organizations
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Service
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Share your account credentials with unauthorized individuals
• Resell or redistribute data obtained through the Service without authorization

6. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all data from your Amazon Seller Central account. RankPulse does not claim ownership of your seller data. We only use your data to provide and improve the Service as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service depends on third-party APIs (Amazon SP-API) which may experience downtime. We are not responsible for data accuracy issues originating from Amazon's API responses.

8. Subscription and Billing

• Subscription plans and pricing are listed on our pricing page
• Billing occurs on a recurring basis as per your selected plan
• You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis

9. Limitation of Liability

RankPulse is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or business interruption.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your data will be handled according to our Privacy Policy retention schedule. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
